Designation	Qualification & Experience	Job description
Purchase Engineer	BE (Mech) or DME At least 3-4 years of experience in handling electrical as well as mechanical parts individually	• Should have dealt with electrical as well as mechanical parts required for manufacturing plant like metal sheets (MS and SS), control panels, gear and gear box, VFD, etc. • Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company • Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
Design Engineer	BE (Mech) or DME At least 1-3 years hands on solid edge, Auto-cad in designing of machinery or in sheet metal industry	• Design new engineering products and processes • Craft models and drawings of products using available software- solidedge • Find creative design solutions to problems • Write detailed reports • Good in Engineering calculations • Proactive and good in communication
Operations Executive	BE (Mech) or DME with at least 3-4 years of good experience in operations of ETP, WTP, STP, HVAC etc overall facility management	• Have good experience in operations of ETP, WTP, STP, HVAC etc overall facility management • He will be responsible for operations of organic waste composter (OWC) machines installed at different locations. • Handling manpower at all sites at Pune • Ready travel to visit sites as and when required
Service Manager	BE (Mech) or DME at least 8-10 years of good experience in maintenance of organic waste composter	• Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met. • Good in communication skills • Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers. • Ensure meeting company’s commitments towards downtime of machinery at client location
