Smart Squeezer
SMART SCREW PRESS is designed for high throughput, high-dryness applications. It utilizes a screw shaft dewatering zone at the end of the screw to dewater organic waste/sludge through reinforced screen baskets.
Counter-pressure is automatically controlled at the discharge end to prevent blockage and to achieve the highest dry content even with changing organic waste/sludge characteristics.
Robust design and the choice of durable materials ensure a very rugged product.
